Ghabour: Healthcare & Housing Benefitting from AI Rotation

Eddie Ghabour says he is taking more defensive action for short-term trading, but remains bullish for the long-term. He tells investors to keep an eye on the AI rotation into underappreciated sectors, adding that software has more room to run than hardware once the rotation slows. On housing, Eddie believes the recent inflow into stocks and ETFs within the sector gives a signal to the Fed not to raise interest rates.
