The presidency of Ghana has apologised after it emerged that the country's new president, Nana Akufo-Addo plagiarised parts of the inaugural speech of former US President George W. Bush. After being sworn in on Saturday, President Akufo-Addo asked Ghanaians to be citizens, not spectators, and citizens, not subjects.
