GHS- Lisa Scherber, Director of Patient and Family Programs at the Jimmy Fund Clinic and Dana-Farber joins the show

Lisa has worked in the Jimmy Fund Clinic for 30 years. Lisa and her team are responsible for the programs that help take the patients and theirfamilies minds off of the treatment. In the past, they have hosted a Summer Festival, Winterfest and Teen Red Sox Spring Training, Trips and Girls Weekend. Due to COVID, they had to pivot the programming and create new programs -- ask her about their Zoom events. They will be able to host Summer Fest in September following COVID protocols They also plan programs for parents whose children are being treated at the Jimmy Fund Clinic as well as for siblings of patients in treatment.
