Consultation - Be very clear where the expectation of them are if they want too much but they want to pay less it won’t happen Technique Section - (how thick) when they put their hair up how to do section for when they put it up to look nice. How do you make them feel good with it up or down? #1 fringe   #2  both sides #3 back   Application Time - Asian vs Western hair depends how thick of section you do need to know rough guideline Formula - Bleach formula is important - where it’s not light enough turns brassy (you run out of time) start low depends how long it takes to do application. if it takes you 2hr start with 5vol or 10 vol with asian. Every 20 min change peroxide Treatment - After I rinse out how can I make her hair in better condition before I do toner. Some of my clients say so much better smoother and shinier than when I walked in ''what did you do how? I can’t believe it!'' I know how to make their hair better condidtion and i do it.
