Episode 8 - Anorexia. Michael reveals the secret of baby sitting to Amber and describes the  'Michael Method' for controlling a six and eight year old. This includes the sacrificial hanging of the favourite teddy followed by the 'tie them to a chair' routine guaranteed to keep the little ones quiet; "the knives aren't very sharp anyway". Michael recalls how he first met Amber as she was saving aunty Joan from  being almost 'burned' alive!
