GIFTS THAT SERVE OTHERS

from The Kingdom Of God First Podcast. · host Tewe Kolade Felix

Devotional Message: Scripture: “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” – 1 Peter 4:10 (NIV) God has uniquely gifted you—not for self-promotion, but for service. 1 Peter 4:10 reminds us that our talents, abilities, and spiritual gifts are entrusted to us as stewards of God’s grace. In other words, your gift is not just yours—it’s meant to bless others and build up the body of Christ. Serving others with your gift is how grace multiplies. Whether you speak, sing, lead, give, teach, encourage, or show hospitality, every act done in love becomes a channel for God’s presence and power. No gift is too small or insignificant. When offered with humility and faith, it carries eternal impact. But with the gift comes responsibility. God calls us to be faithful stewards—not hiding our abilities or waiting for the perfect moment, but actively using what we have, right where we are. Every time you use your gift to serve others, you reflect the heart of Jesus. Today, ask yourself: Am I using my God-given gifts to serve others? Who can I bless today with what God has entrusted to me? Prayer: Almighty Father, thank You for the unique gifts You’ve placed in me. Help me to use them faithfully—not for my own glory, but to serve others and reveal Your grace. Teach me to steward what You’ve given me with joy, love, and purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
