Gimme some of that Mega-Millions money!

from ROCK MORNINGS · host Brian Simpson

And that's a wrap on the short week. We kicked things off with the latest news on the Georgia school shooting, and we also talked about the big news from Linkin Park. Discussed the wild finish to last night's NFL season opener between the Chiefs & the Ravens…and speaking of the Chiefs, we also talked the Chiefs-A-Holic idiot who just got sentenced for all those bank robberies. Let you know what's in theaters this weekend, and had a couple of animal stories this morning…one involving a dead cat that wasn't actually dead yet, and a bear cub that went for a ride in a van while enjoying some Taco Bell. It's "National Read A Book Day", and Brian ranted about how different "Jaws" the book was from the movie. Did you see the trailer for the Kansas City Chiefs/Hallmark Channel movie? And if you didn't get enough Joey Chestnut on Netflix last weekend, he's going to be appearing during halftime of the Bengals/Patriots game on Sunday. The Mega-Millions jackpot is getting up there again, and we had Tom from Cashton text in asking for our suggestion on which numbers he should pick. Doc joined us to talk NASCAR racing, and during today's "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about the states that are the most fun, a major PFA spill, Charles Barkley donating a bunch of money, some stolen collectibles, the speed limit in California, a guy who did a LOT of nitrous oxide, and another HOA that's making a guy's life miserable.
