국민의당 김수민 의원이 검찰에 출석해 “리베이트 절대 없었다”고 말했다. 김 의원은 23일 오전 서울서부지검에서 기자들과 만나 “리베이트 같은 건 절대 없었다. 검찰 조사에서 모든 것을 소명하겠다”고 말했다. 이어진 질문에 답변 없이 청사 안으로 들어갔다. 김 의원은 총선 당시 자신이 대표로 있던 브랜드호텔과 국민의당 선거공보와 TV광고를 제작한 업체 간 허위계약서를 작성하는 등의 방식으로 리베이트를 수수한 혐의를 받고 있다.
