Gin Masterclass by James Young Old Youngs Distillers - and his secret botanical

One of Graeme Kemlo's most interesting experiences in Western Australia recently was a masterclass with multi-award winning distiller James Young of Old Young’s distillery in the Swan Valley out of Perth Graeme first met James before COVID in a small tasting room, which has now developed into a much larger facility weith a restaurant and he has a larger team working with him. There were only about 30 distileries in Australia back then but now he says there are hundreds but he hreveals he as the secret ingredient.
