Gina Gray - Chief Growth Officer - Colle McVoy

Gina is responsible for leading growth strategy and implementation for three amazing agencies: Colle McVoy, 10 Thousand Design, and Exponent PR. As a member of the agency’s senior leadership team, she has played a significant role the agency reinvention, transformation, and record-setting new business streak. She's had an eclectic career in agency management, strategic partnerships, and buying/selling creative and media services. Prior to joining Colle McVoy, she spent 7 years at Target, managing many of its agency relationships and working with some of the brightest minds in the business.
