Gina Rodriguez Directs Boxing Drama | Durham News

Gina Rodriguez and Justin Baldoni are back together for a powerful new project — Gina is directing and starring in her first feature film, House of Guerrero, a gritty boxing drama she wrote, while Justin produces. The film follows a fallen fighter given one last shot to reclaim his life in the ring, aiming to reimagine boxing for a new generation. Their reunion marks the first time since Jane the Virgin ended, and it’s fueled by deep friendship — Gina publicly stood by Justin during his recent legal battle, which he described as traumatic but ultimately navigated with faith, family, and community support. Justin thanked everyone who held them up during their silence, and Gina echoed that love, calling them “friends for life.” Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
