The Halloween Listener's Choice is going strong! We've had the Demon Possession Genre, we've had the Vampire Genre, now it's the Werewolves' turn! This week, Shane and Bryan tackle the 2000 coming-of-age Canadian Indie Masterpiece Ginger Snaps starring Emily Perkins and Katharine Isabelle as two sisters whose death pact is interrupted when one of them is bitten by a werewolf after a prank gone wrong. This indie darling has developed an amazing cult following over the last ten years and is one of the most beloved werewolf films over the last twenty years. This film, the first in a trilogy, is co-written and directed by Xena: Warrior Princess, Blade: The Series, and Queer as Folk director John Fawcett. This is an episode that was so much fun to record, and we hope you enjoy it!
