Milly learned to paraglide at point of the mountain Utah in 2008 and has traveled all over the western states and many countries paragliding since then. She became a tandem instructor in 2013 while living in San Diego and then continued her education in 2014 relocated back in Utah to become a basic instructor continuing to an advance instructor teaching full time at point of the mountain Utah until relocating back to California and joining the Torrey Pines instruction team in 2021 where she was awarded 2021's USHPA instructor of the year award. Milly has a huge passion for safety and focuses on building a strong progressive foundation for her students. Milly also learned paragliding repairs from the top repair gurus and was a head seamstress at fluid wings in Utah for a couple years where she help sew prototypes and do flight testing. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the gliderport and runs the repair department. Milly started the first female pilot gathering in the states in 2014 and hosts it yearly gathering around 40 women together. With her partner they have hosted many international paragliding tours, mountain thermal clinics, towing SIV clinics and they love to offer mentorship to pilots.
