Girls Trip-Don't Do Life Alone

We Are: Becky Shaffer is a life and fitness coach, Educator, and Author, and Shay Hayes is an Educator and Coach with College and High School experience in which together we bring a different perspective with Real Adult Wisdom from life experiences. Here, on RAW, we will drop the fake talk and talk about honestly the hard experiences and life lessons we gained from surviving childhood abuse, abusive relationships, cancer, and much more. We will share with you the work we did to overcome and heal our personal life experiences. The importance of a girl's trip, resetting, no judgment, and just a great time.  We all need those days away from kids, family, and partners to just laugh, be silly, and add bonds that happen so rarely.
