GITM 55: The Art of Comedy | An Analysis
from Get In The Mecha
Comedy anime is very close to my heart. If it wasn't for the genre, it's quite likely that I would not be the type of anime fan that I am today. However, a question I have constantly dodged & avoided is 'what exactly is the reason behind my love of the genre?' In this episode, I will be answering this very question, by breaking down what is so appealing about two of my favourite comedies, Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War (2019) and The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. (2016). On the side, I talk about my experience with the badminton anime, Hanebado! (2018). Thanks so much for 2000 listens! Thanks for tuning in, whether it's your first time, binge-listening or been doing so from episode one! Follow me on Twitter @GetInTheMecha for updates on the show!
