Gittens Eyes Glory with Alonso | Chelsea F.C. News

Jamie Gittens is buzzing for his Chelsea future, hailing Xabi Alonso as one of the best managers he’s ever encountered and pledging to push himself to the limit under his leadership. The 21-year-old winger, signed for £52 million, is back training and scoring in pre-season, having recovered from a hamstring injury. He’s impressed by Alonso’s legacy — especially his time at Bayer Leverkusen — and sees the new signings, like Morgan Rogers, as key to lifting Chelsea’s game. With the squad now focused on unity and ambition, Gittens believes they’re primed to “win everything” — and he’s ready to deliver his best yet.
