“Send Coach John a message”I found a post from Kylie Riordan (@mindfulheal) that connected to my good friend, Dr. Jeff Lip.  This quote is one of many that Jeff shared with my students when he spoke to my classes over the years. It’s one he believes in strongly and so do I.  The quote is from Pablo Picasso who said, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” When we can do this - and we focus on helping others, making a difference for others - that is a very rich life! Once again, the world needs people to connect with this quote more and more now. We all have gifts.
