The intention of today’s healing meditation is to connect deeply with the planet we call home……and give thanks to Mother Earth. Lets invoke….calling forth our Spirit, Spirit guides and Mother Earth…Gaia…. as we honor her beauty…and wisdom.  Protect her and give gratitude for her …and so it is and so be it Find a comfortable position lying down…….. and gently close your eyes……. Take a moment to become aware of your breath……………. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and each exhale………..
