We are all very familiar with many of the obstacles preventing women from breaking the glass ceiling, so there is no need to enumerate them here once again.  There is, however, a reason that I strongly believe  is rarely, if ever, discussed that inhibits women’s ascent up the corporate ladder. The fact is many women ask for permission to succeed in business and job. In this episode I talk about giving yourself permission before seeking it.
