The hamburger approach to feedback doesn't work.Let me explain.I used to use this approach when I just started managing people.And sure enough it made for positive conversations.But it didn't actually benefit anyone.People's behaviour rarely changed.Which meant they weren't growing the way everybody involved wanted.So I started changing my approach.I'm not sure if it's the best method.But it does work better for me than the hamburger approach.Curious how I do it?Listen until the end.If you enjoy the podcast, would you please consider leaving a short review on Apple Podcasts/iTunes?
