To boast was accepted in the culture, and to hide your weaknesses. It is the same in the world today. Yet Paul is boasting of his weaknesses, his strength means nothing. Paul had a thorn in his flesh: why? What is your thorn? Can God use this? Can you give thanks in your weaknesses? His Grace is sufficient.
