It is important to realise that although every disciple must first be a believer, the reality is that not every believer is yet a disciple. During the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ, some believers became his disciples and some disciples were sent as apostles all because they continued with Him.To continue is to keep at a thing, to persevere, to keep on keeping on, to carry on with the practices and disciplines that you have been taught, believed and imbibed.
