Giving Yourself and Others Grace

Welcome back y'all! Can you believe it is already March! This year is flying by! This week I have been thinking about my journey in starting my own business and how I have had to learn how to give myself grace...permission to start something before I am ready...and allow myself to not do everything perfectly. Hard lessons for sure, but then, what can be even harder is learning how to give others the same courtesy. This episode is jam packed with my thoughts!
