Joining the conversation today are Leading Edge’s own GLA:D Program coordinator and trainer Jason Daoust. Jason is a physiotherapist who works to bring the GLA:D program to rural Alberta and gets to witness the joys of the work it has on the body. Jason allows Leading Edge the opportunity to host these group classes where more than just healing develops between the participants. Sessions allow for getting an understanding of osteoarthritis in the knee, hip and back and certain treatment’s that a person can go through to best suit their needs.
