This week, I make a decision about my personal life, I immediately regret, and my landlord makes a decision that I also immediately regret. Along the way, help and support comes from a familiar AFC character. After I work through both these less than stellar situations, I turn the podcast over to a listener who sends in a voice memo dissecting a hit song from the 90's like only he can.  I promise you will never think of the word "ironic" the same way again. It's a bit of a dark time over here at AFC studios, but you can't have the sun without the clouds. The sun will shine again and in the meantime we will all keep healing and podcasting of course.
