Glam Metal
from Tell Me What You Know Hosted by Michael Peloquin, Michael Brown
On this episode of Tell Me What You Know, we’re looking at the good ole days of hair metal. Some of you might not like where we draw the lines on metal but you’re gonna have to deal with it because we want to talk about Ozzy, Leppard, Poison, and Halen. These bands created songs with the ability to take you back in time to your 18th birthday, strap you in the driver’s seat of Chevelle, and make you feel like you can run through a brick wall. With the passing of Eddie Van Halen, we’ll take you through their origins playing venues up and down the west coast before scoring their big break and putting out hits like Panama, Jump, and Hot for Teacher.
