The glass ceiling is very real, and too many of us are experiencing the effects of its existence right now. It is aggravating. It is frustrating. It will make you want to give up. It can bring you to your knees if you let it. It makes you believe things that simply are not true. You know the work you put in as a professional. This system will make you question the ability you know you possess and the lion that lives inside you! Depression can set in, and it will make you feel helpless and weaponless. For whatever the reason it is being used, know that you have power even though it is designed to make you feel powerless. Thankfully, there are ways to overcome this horrific tool.
