The following is a conversation between Ken Baker, co-founder and CEO of Glasswing International, and Denver Frederick, the Host of The Business of Giving. In 2007, Glasswing International was founded based on the knowledge that communities in Latin America face health and education challenges on a grand scale. Their mission is to address the root causes and consequences of violence and poverty through programs that empower youth, mobilize communities, and strengthen public systems.
