This week we meet a Nova Scotian artist who loves textiles! We dive into love languages, and honouring alone time but the challenges of requesting for it. They share, " And at first, it was just kind of spending a lot of time on my own. And I kind of had to make it fun. And now I find myself craving more alone time. But then it's hard. Even though I understand wanting alone time and craving it. It's hard sometimes when people ask for it, because I'm like, it's a little hard sometimes not to be offended, because it's like, but I want to hang out with you". Get cozy, and let's dive in!
