Glinda of Oz Chapter 13 - The Alarm Bell

In which Glinda the Good, attentive to her many duties and magical studies, receives alarming news that Ozma and Dorothy are imprisoned beneath a sunken island ruled by transformed rulers, prompting her earnest efforts to devise a rescue. Realising that no known magic can raise the submerged isle, she hastens to the Emerald City to convene a council with Ozma’s advisers, determined to find a way to aid her friends.
