United States President Donald Trump's stance on climate change is a setback to the work that has been done to address global warming. This is according to international nongovernmental organisation 350 Africa org. At the time president-elect Trump was quoted saying he wants to dismantle the Paris Agreement that sets targets to reverse the worst effects of global warming, which nearly 200 countries have agreed to. As the year 2016 was also recorded as the hottest year, experts say world leaders must collectively heed the call to intensify strong leadership in climate actions.
