Global Echo｜Paresh Thakker——Stop Manifesting Wrong

This is Echora’s new podcast series, ”Global Echo”, We’ll invite scholars in the humanities for half-academic, half-casual conversations—packed with pro insights but never hard to follow—hoping to bring the charm of the humanities to more people. 🌟Echora Host Adella @Adella GuGu Translator of <Desire and Domestic Fiction>（Chinese version） First Prize of the CUHK Literary Award（全球华文青年文学奖） 🌟Global Guest Dr. Paresh Thakker Ph.D., Boston University School of Medicine Author of <The Co-creator’s Code> Research fields: translational Medicine Research, in Rheumatology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology , Hepatology, Autoimmune Diseases, Rare Diseases. 🌟Global Content You’ve tried manifesting. You’ve said the affirmations, vision-boarded your dream life… and nothing changed. So is this whole “consciousness creates reality” thing just wishful thinking, or is there actual science behind it? In this live episode of Echora, we sat down with Dr. Paresh Thakker—a Boston-trained MD/PhD who’s spent decades in medical research, but also survived a near‑death car crash and went deep into Alan Watts, Lao Tzu, and quantum physics. His new book, The Co‑Creator’s Code, bridges hard science and ancient wisdom without the fluff. His take? Most of us are stuck in the “one‑directional river” illusion—believing we’re passive victims of cause and effect. But we’re not. We’re active participants. And the fix isn’t complicated: five minutes a day with yourself, no expectations, just listening. Your brain will fight it. Your heart will know the way. We talk karma, quantum entanglement, why relationships aren’t transactions, and how to tell if you’re living your life or someone else’s. No guru. No toxic positivity. Just a scientist who actually gets it. If you’ve ever felt something missing—even when everything looks “fine” on paper—this one’s for you. 🎧 Tune in now on Echora. 🌟 Timestamps Part One-Presentation 02:58 The Car Crash That Killed His Old Self 07:48 Cause And Effect—The Basic Law Of Universe 12:14 The One Directional River Illusion 15:55 The Holographic Principle 17:49 You Are Not Just An Individual，You Are The Universe 20:50 You Are Observing Everything，Rather Than You Are Running After Everything 22:50 Your True Reality Will Naturally Manifest Itself Part Two-Interview 26:27 Your Life Is Not To Sit In Front Of A Computer All Day Long 31:47 I Like <Heart Sutra> By Fei Wang 35:05 I Don’T Believe Any Religion But Their Philosophy 40:50 Do Not Live In Someone Else's Life, The Best Person That Give You The Right Answer Is You 48:17 Karma Is Not Punishment – It’S Source Code You Can Edit 52:07 You Are The Wave Of Ocean 56:18 We Are Living Neither In The Past Or In The Future 59:50 5minutes Meditation A Day, Keeps Thoughts Away 01:04:07 Every Interaction Is A Transaction 01:11:28 If You Want To Climb A Mountain, Just Manifest Yourself On The Top 01:14:18 Remember “Rupam Sunyata Sunyataiva Rupam”（空即是色，色即是空） Part Three- Q&A 01:18:26 Heart Vs.
