Each of these countries, as well as several dozen others, had or will have presidential or parliamentary elections in 2012. Most of these elections can be described as very competitive and full of significant implications within the country conducting the election. This event will discuss some of the key elections taking place in 2012, the different electoral rules and types of elections throughout the world, and the potential implications of these contests. This event is organized by Moraine Valley Global Education.
