Global Environmental Leadership Webinar by ECO-CLUB ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIETY, INDIA

The ECO-CLUB ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIETY, INDIA successfully organized the International Webinar on "Global Environmental Leadership – Leading the World Towards a Sustainable Future" through the Zoom platform, bringing together distinguished environmentalists, academicians, scientists, policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs, social leaders, and sustainability advocates from around the world.The webinar was inaugurated with an Introduction by RajaRao Pagidipalli, Convenor, followed by the Welcome Address by Dr. Kadavendi Venugopal, Founder & President, ECO-CLUB Environmental Society, India. In his address, Dr. Venugopal emphasized the urgent need for collective environmental responsibility and highlighted the importance of environmental education, sustainable development, and global cooperation in addressing climate change and ecological challenges. The event featured an impressive lineup of eminent speakers from Canada, Oman, Greece, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, Brazil, Croatia, Argentina, the United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Nigeria, Germany, Georgia, South Africa, and India, representing universities, international organizations, research institutions, and civil society organizations. They shared valuable insights on climate action, environmental education, biodiversity conservation, renewable energy, sustainable innovation, community participation, youth leadership, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
