Global Executive Assistant & Admin Coordinator: Meet Marco Macente from Italy

033: In September, I had the chance to talk to one of the male game-changing assistants in our global profession. Marco Macente visited Berlin and of course, I took the opportunity to meet with him and discuss his views around our profession. We met only virtually until the day of the podcast. Marco is an admin professional who has been working in the Pharmaceutical industry for more than 5 years and who is able to envision in his role the passion, the interest, and the mission needed to find his why and purpose in his career. Being a Strategic Liaison with external/internal stakeholders, Marco is supporting business projects across different departments and corporate functions. He is eager to learn and endorse challenging projects and pivotal tasks, giving his contribution to achieving business goals and strategies. And he is a true language specialist as he speaks not only Italian and English but also Spanish and Modern Greek. We share the same passion for networking and learning and are both members of IMA (International Management Assistants).
