Celebrating Hanukkah remembering the Maccabean Revolt (2nd Century BCE) where Jewish rebels fought Greek-Syrian oppressors who desecrated the Jerusalem Temple, leading to its rededication. What this means for our lives as we prepare our hearts and build resolve for standing faithful until the end.
