Episode 17 is a joint podcast that will be on both Globetrottin’ ADs and the International Baseball Community (IBC) Podcast. Dave Burns is the AD at AIS Salzburg but also runs a community for baseball players around the world that helps them take their careers international. Matt and Nick will talk with Dave about how he runs a competitive program and builds a community in a tiny international school  and then we shift gears in the second half and Dave interviews Nick about his journey overseas, first impressions and a picture that made all the papers.
