Moving schools is a way of life for many international school teachers and in this episode we have two guests who had to navigate moving to different continents during a global pandemic. Nick and Matt are joined by Lachlan Macgregor who is the AD at Universal American School Kuwait and Craig Wislang who is the AD at the International School of Lausanne, Switzerland.  After getting to know Craig and Lachlan the guys talk about what it is like moving to a new school; why they left, how they prepared their replacements, how it was arriving at their new school and of course how this was all impacted by the pandemic. Tips are shared for any international school employees that are transitioning this year before the guys talk about what it is like being a brand new athletic director. Craig has worked as an assistant AD in his previous school but Lachlan is brand new coming from a PE teachers role.
