The international school athletic community should all listen to this episode with Jen Brooks! Jen is a trailblazer for female athletic directors in the United States and with her recently founded community she will be an important figure for current and future athletic directors around the world. To start the episode off Jen shares with Nick and Matt a bit about her background as a university athlete, how she became an AD and where she works now. Then the episode focuses on “The Global Community of Women in High School Sports’ which is an organization that Jen started just before the pandemic that is doing a tremendous amount of work for the development of athletic directors, both male and female.
