To start us off Sharon and Kathy give us an update from where their schools currently are in Hong Kong and Manilla which turn out to be very different. Diving into the topic Matt gives us an outline of the main sections and then Kathy and Sharon talk about who the course is aimed at and what it can do for you. Homestays versus Hotelstays are a main topic of conversation for ADs and despite what Nick thinks Sharon talks about why it is such a hot topic and how the course can help.
