Andy has worked in sports and performance psychology and started a company with neuroscientist Ali Tisdall called Coach Up which supports individual and teams of coaches to create high-performance team environments. Andy starts off by sharing a bit of a personal and professional background as well as what Coach Up is and how it helps coaches.
