In this short episode Nick launches the 2023 international AD "State of the Industry" survey by giving a brief history of the previous two versions and how this year continues the tradition. What is new and exciting is that this year there will also be a international Coach survey. ADs around the world are encouraged to fill in the AD and Coach survey but also send the link to all of their coaches. The results of the coach survey will not only be of interest to coaches but even more so to the ADs that they work for.
