Globetrottin'ADs - S2E20 - Female Athlete Development

Nick and Matt are joined by 5 guests in this episode of the Globetrottin’ ADs. Yes FIVE and 4 of which are students from the Female Athletic Development Team at the International School of Manilla in the Philippines. The founder and leader of the team is teacher, Cassandra Till and she has organized an online conference about female athlete development and how we can educate, empower and inspire all women to believe they are athletes. As coaches, teachers and parents we want the best for the females in our lives, however there is more to training women than treating them as small men. The conference is on May 20, 2021 and during the episode you will hear about some of the details but more about why the team was started, what they do during their meetings, and most importantly what the girls in the club get out of their experiences. The four spokeswomen for the team are Elena Dickinson, Kate Juteau, Jasmeena Syed and Riho Kasai. All of which you will hear from during the conference that also includes a segment by a nutritional therapist.
