The man who pleaded guilty to the murder was Gloria's husband, Mark David Chapman.Gloria and Mark had only been married eighteen months prior to this horrible crime. Remarkably, they have remained married during Mark's forty-four years of imprisonment. Gloria's statement, “I might be the only person in the world who will ever love this man,” might seem true.
