Glory Connection - The Inner Altar of your Soul

God longs for His Glory to dwell among you.  God's Glory is His Presence.  In Hebrew, His Glory is called the Shechinah.  You are going to the inner altar of your soul this week. "28 Then Moses took them from their hands, and burned them on the altar with the burnt offering, as an ordination offering, a pleasing odor, an offering by fire to the LORD." (Leviticus 8:28 RSV) The inner altar stood in a place where the mundane did not exist.  Incense offerings were made in the inner court of the Tabernacle.  The Hebrew word for incense, "ketoret" contains the Hebrew word for bond, ketira.  This word describes what you will experience in the inner court of your soul.  The inner altar of your soul will intensify your bond with the Lord.  God’s Presence only dwells in you only to the degree that it is perceived and treasured.
