Glory Connection — The Inner Temple

The Lord’s goal in Creation is to fill it with His glory. Habakkuk 2:14 (RSV) For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. Is this something that can be fulfilled in our lives? We should all strive to fill our lives with God’s glory. This week we are going to examine the architecture of the Third Temple as our blueprint to apprehend God’s glory in our lives. Why should we even study about the Third Temple? The Midrash explains the reason to us. The Midrash says, "I will consider it as if they were dealing with the construction of the House." From this Midrash we learn that even though the Third Temple will be built by God, it is through our efforts of learning about the Third Temple, we can help build it.
