Welcome welcome welcome to Christmas 0.5, Karen Day or whatever else you want to call it. This week I have to say the intelligence level of our complainers seems to have dropped dramatically. Please bear with us. This time around poor Ronathan has to deal with a very enraged Karen who is waiting for her new gnome to be delivered, a 36 year old virgin, a couple who couldn't simply subscribe to satellite radio without messing it up, a man who refuses to return his cable equipment, a man who wanted his water filter delivered without paying for delivery, a lady who got scammed and then claimed to be a genius, a lady who simply had too many refunds, a really bright lady who spent 2 and a half hours on the phone to a company that was closed for the night and a lady who insists on bothering poor innocent companies on social media all day long.
