We are still building our containers to not only get us through this season, but attend to our needs, wants, and desires, and notice where the tenderness resides. We started with Building A Container For Tender Times, and we Showed Up For Ourselves In Tender Times, and then practiced slowing down with We Need To Feel It In Order To Excorise It. Today we bring it all together by continuing to build the muscles of our containers and notice how we can deeply love ourselves.
