Welcome to the Squared Circle Podcast! I am your unapologetic host, Marie Shadows. AEW still has a long way to go to be the damn amazing show it once was BEFORE the Pandemic. I don't want a perfect product. I want to see logical storylines, no more sloppy match cards with filler content and forced stories. I want my intelligence to not be insulted. And I need The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega - The Elite - to actually Change the World like they promised when leaving NJPW for making their own greener pastures. AEW has fueled more toxicity into the Wrestling Community a little more than before and I discuss why that's bad. I don't like "ranting" about AEW or it's characters but something needs to be said and done. Let's focus on building a true alternative & not a kids shit show to pass off as "wrestling" as "alternative" as "storytelling" as "good heel heat."
