Happy Monday friends! A couple of things to catch up on this episode including the gourd rattles we mentioned on a previous episode, the Honoring our Veterans 2019 events and activities.Also! El Tour De Tucson this year is on Saturday November 23rd 2019 & Team Yaqui will be representing in this years tour with over 150 riders! GO TEAM YAQUI! Check out and support our team and all of the other riders in this years El Tour De Tucson 2019. We are also planning a year end hike here in Tucson, Arizona which is open to everyone! This is the 2nd Annual year end hike up Tumamoc Hill to end the year on a spiritual high and start the new year on a positive note! We really want to encourage native and indigenous people to hike with us, but like we said it is open to everyone. So, please joins us!
